Bear Prototyping can perform design reviews and provide product design and development services on-demand. Save yourself trouble down the line by letting us ease the burden and advise you on your current project. No project is too small, even if you only need one hour of our time!
Manufacturing
Do you already have a design ready to go and want to have it made? Bear Prototyping can get metal prototypes and small production runs finished quickly with our in house CNC milling machine and fabrication equipment. Not only that, but we can also review your designs and offer manufacturability improvements to cut down on manufacturing costs.
About
Bear Prototyping is a one-man engineering shop founded by me, Sergei Grishin. While experiencing a rich and exciting engineering career, I wanted to provide a service that I wish I had with projects that I've worked on. During my entrepreneurial endevours, I've always wanted a second set of eyes or a specialist to look over my work. Not having that as an option most of time, I ended up spending more time experimenting and testing than I wanted to. This would extend product development timelines and keep me tied up with engineering work instead of growing my business. However, I loved working on perfecting products and its production, and that's when Bear Prototyping came to fruition. I realized that my passion was centered on developing amazing products, overcoming unique engineering challenges, and exploring creative solutions more so than anything else.
If you are someone who simply has a good idea and wants to make come it to life, I want to be your partner on that journey. Even if you are an experienced, professional engineer, I can be there for you to ease the workload. Despite pitching myself as a generalist, I have a network of fellow engineers that I trust to cover areas that I am less versed in. I am upfront and honest about projects that are outside of my scope, and this will be covered during the free initial consultation.
